is the title of a seminar organised by TeFFIt (Forest therapies in Italian forests) on April 7, 2025, in occasion of the World health day. The talks were about differrnt facets of the benefits of staying in forests.

With this event, in the area fo Cerreto Laghi, you will have the occasion of develop all the phases to approach forest immersions.  From the intial, and more guided approaches, to the final steps, in which you could reach the possibility of managing more independently your relations with what is around you..

So “what is hidden amiong trees? will be an absolutely personal discovery.
